Mary Davis, DVM

Dr. Mary Powell Davis grew up in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and attended The Dunham School. She then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science in Animal, Dairy, and Poultry Science from Louisiana State University in 2016. After staying close to home for her undergraduate degree, Dr. Davis matriculated at the University of Edinburgh in Edinburgh, Scotland to complete her veterinary degree.

Dr. Davis has spent the past 3 years working in companion animal practice and is excited to serve the community she grew up in. Her special interests include soft tissue surgery and preventive medicine, but her favorite part of practicing is getting to know her clients and cultivating meaningful relationships with them and their pets. At home in downtown Baton Rouge, Dr. Davis enjoys working out, baking, riding her horse, and spending time with her husband, Robert and her dog, Piper.
